Returns

  1. Eligibility: We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

  2. Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. They should also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  3. Non-returnable items:

    • Custom-made or personalized items.

    • Final sale or clearance items.

    • Items damaged or altered after delivery.

  4. How to Return:

    • Please email us at team@shopaelure.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to return your item.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

  3. How to Exchange:

    • Reach out to us at +974 33234605 with your order number and desired exchange item.

    • Once confirmed, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  2. Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  3. Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or replacement and cover return shipping costs.

International Returns & Exchanges

For customers outside Qatar, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds will be processed in your original currency, and any import taxes or duties will not be refunded.
